The Journey So Far

For years, I chased quick fixes and avoided discomfort. I tried to outrun my pain with temporary solutions, only to end up burned out, broken, and disconnected. Addiction, self-sabotage, and damaged relationships were my reality. I hit rock bottom more times than I care to admit.

The lowest point came when I destroyed my marriage and nearly lost my kids.

That moment forced me to change—or lose everything.
Rebuilding wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I had to face hard truths, sit in discomfort, and commit to the slow, daily work of restoring my life—body, mind, and spirit.

Along the way, I learned something powerful: real change doesn’t come from hacks or bursts of motivation. It comes from consistency, ownership, and a willingness to lean into the struggle.

Early in my fitness journey, I also had another realization: an animal didn’t have to die for me to reach my goals. That truth hit me hard—and I went vegan almost overnight. Since then, I’ve built my body and life on a foundation of plant-based nutrition, the movement I enjoy, and values I believe in.

Today, my mission is to help others, especially vegans or those curious about the lifestyle, build strength without compromise.
