For years, I chased quick fixes and avoided physical, emotional, and mental discomfort at all costs. Addiction, self-sabotage, and broken relationships were my reality. I hit rock bottom more times than I can count. My darkest hour came when I destroyed my marriage and almost lost my kids.
That wake-up call forced me to rebuild from the ground up—body, mind, and spirit. Through hard-earned experience, I learned that true transformation isn’t about hacks or shortcuts. Facing the hard truths, embracing discomfort, and committing to sustainable, lifelong change is how you find true transformation.
